PRIVACY POLICY
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in conducting our business or providing you with training services, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, and/or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
 

CANCELLATION, REFUND & MAKE UP POLICY

Group Classes:
One week notice (7 days) prior to start of classes is required for cancellations to receive a partial refund.  A $40 cancellation/office charge will be applied to your account. No refunds will be issued  after a class has commenced. There is no cash refund.

Individual Private lessons, Consultation and Behaviour Assessment:
50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking with the balance due upon completion of the first lesson. 72 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of a lesson. No refunds or credits are available for completed individual private lessons, consultations or behaviour assessments.

Boot Camp & Dayschool:
50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking with the balance due upon checkout. It is the responsibility of the dog owner to follow up on the training through the private lessons provided, which are included with the program. No refunds or credits are available for completed Bootcamp or Dayschool programs.

Monthly Competition Classes:
$50 deposit is required for new clients and the balance is due the first night of class. For continuing clients, payment for the month is due in full by the first class of each month. Each monthly class set is made up of 4 classes. Each month, you are entitled to 4 classes. It is your responsibility to attend the classes; if you have to miss a class you may make up a class on another night within that month. However, a missed class cannot be carried over to the following month. There are no cash refunds for missed classes.

If you cannot attend a monthly set or are not planning on returning to class, 15 days notice is required.

Circumstances Beyond Human Control

In the event of class cancellation due to a circumstance beyond human control (“Act of God”) as in pandemic, earthquake, severe weather event, etc. credit will be applied to cancelled classes. Credit can only be applied towards another program or services and accounts for only the sessions remaining in your program of cancellation. Credits applied towards other programs or services must be used within 12 months of cancellation. There is no cash refund.
